Travel Management Assistant

What will you do?

  • Travel management (organization and booking of air travel, hotels, rental cars)
  • Advice on travel planning and preparation of travel options
  • Organization and preparation of travel expense reports
  • Interface function in the company and first contact person for customers, business partners, employees and suppliers
  • Administrative and organizational activities at the front desk
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Maintaining records and documents
  • Providing active administrative support to various departments by administrating documentation

What experiences you should have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office/administrative management, or a related area
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional presentation and appearance
  • Responsible
  • Well organized
  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Generally controls own work priorities
  • Self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team
