What you will do

 

Join us as a DevSecOps Engineer and be part of our global engineering team. You will work closely with DevOps Specialists, Developers, QA Engineers, System Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure the security and integrity of our product delivery processes from initial planning through to final deployment. Our team is dedicated to implementing robust security measures in accordance with industry standards and adhering to the best practices outlined by our primary business partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the secure development and deployment of applications
  • Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and security-focus challenging applications and cloud infrastructures
  • Implement Secure Systems Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
  • Communicate with product delivery stakeholders on cybersecurity matters
  • Participate in threat modeling workshops, penetration tests and much more
  • Research and evaluate cybersecurity tools and methodologies
  • Administer and develop our security toolset
  • Respond to cybersecurity incidents and work with audit findings

 

 

What we are looking for

 

Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or other engineering field (like Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and so on)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in cybersecurity roles
  • Good understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps and systems engineering concepts
  • Knowledge of Linux, Git, Computer Networking, Kubernetes, Docker, web application security, and fundamental IT security principles such as threat actor modeling, vulnerability management, data protection
  • Experience in public and private clouds (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with Bash, NodeJS, Python
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (in any of these: GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlab)
  • Expertise in secrets storage solutions and their application in DevSecOps

  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle confidential information with care
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Kyma, Cloud Foundry, Alibaba Cloud
  • Knowledge in the area of offensive security
