What you will do

We are looking for an experienced Agile Specialist who believes in people, spreads positivity and is proactive to make a workplace better for everyone.

Apart from daily Scrum activities, we expect you to be the change agent in our company – someone who is a true guide for development teams, initiates and supports improvements, works closely with Product Owner and other Agile Specialists to achieve set goals.

What we are looking for

  • Solid hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Specialist in the IT environment
  • Deep working knowledge of the Scrum framework and strong understanding of purpose behind each element. Familiarity with other Agile philosophies and ability to implement parts of them to complement Scrum
  • Proven ability to coach the teams towards self-management, collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective delivery
  • Ability to quickly identify problems, conflicts, bottlenecks, needs and recommend actionable improvements
  • Understanding what is being built (project and team’s technologies, tools, workflows) to steer and monitor development for the benefit of all stakeholders
  • Practical set of tools, techniques to enhance meetings’ quality, reduce complexity, generate fun and enthusiasm
  • Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
