What you will do

  • Participate in the content development with a focus on excellent deliverables. Drive forward the development of our SAP PaPM solutions by managing customer expectations.
  • Research policies, trends, and best practices related to various business challenges of our customers.
  • Synthesize research and analytical findings into key themes, analyze information to develop conclusions and draft recommendations for solution deliverables.
  • Visualize data into meaningful, user-friendly and effective dashboards and reports.
  • Synthesize and translate complex information into clear, informative, and compelling materials (e.g., summaries, fact sheets, presentations, dashboards, reports) for diverse audiences.
  • Develop proposals for the corporate sector with the Key Account Management team and with senior consulting professionals to support business development activities for the company
  • Develop and improve specialized skills and knowledge linked to topics and services offered by SAP PaPM solutions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs.
  • Work with Excel and SQL to manipulate data and data structures.

 


 What we are looking for

 

  • University degree in data science, economics, finance, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field at the time of application.
  • 3+ years of industry experience or relevant internship experience in the area of (business) data analytics, preferably in combination with IT, either in development or implementation.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for data and analytics, generating insights and supporting customers at effective business choices.
  • Ability to learn quickly, see the bigger picture, think laterally and connect the dots.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle ambiguity (e.g. business approach not defined, delivers with limited guidance) as part of a diverse team.
  • Team-oriented and organized, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver results in a dynamic and high-performance environment with short deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Solid knowledge in at least one data science programming language (Python, R, SQL, JavaScript, Julia, etc.) and hands-on experience on data visualization as well as conventional BI tools.
  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of our solution SAP PaPM.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate findings and issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports.
