    • What you need to get started

  • You're in your final year of studies or recently graduated (Bachelor/Master) in Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  • You have a basic understanding of finance or controlling – things like budgeting, cost tracking, profitability, tax or accounting;
  • You’re willing to learn about insurance and finance processes and gain industry knowledge;
  • You speak English fluently, and feel comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversations;
  • You’re a team player with a curious, analytical mindset, and enjoy solving problems;
  • You can present your ideas clearly – whether in a team meeting or to a client;
  • You’re open to learning about SAP’s programming language ABAP;
  • Depending on the business unit you join:
    • Insurance BU (Technical profiles): Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and an interest in SAP ABAP;
    • Finance BU (Functional/Technical profiles): Interest in financial processes and how IT solutions support them; basic understanding of SQL or similar is a plus.
