What we do​

The PaPM development and maintenance team in India is responsible for maintenance and co-development of the SAP Profitability and Performance Management product and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. We are a global, diverse, and inspiring team and offer the opportunity to extend personal and professional capabilities, by working for a leading strategic SAP partner.


What you will do​

  • Design and develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies
  • Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions with vector databases for knowledge integration
  • Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for automated task execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
  • Optimize AI model performance, cost efficiency, and response quality
  • Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for AI applications
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Write clean, maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

 

What we are looking for​

 

Requirements​

  • 5-8 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI development
  • Strong experience with Large Language Models (GPTs, Claude, Llama, etc.) and other generative AI models.
  • Hands-on experience implementing agentic RAG systems using vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers etc)
  • Experience with API development using Fast API.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques
  • Understanding of LLMOps practices and model deployment strategies
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workload deployment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
  • Experience with any AI agent frameworks (like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) and model customization
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI models (vision, audio, text)
  • Understanding of Knowledge Graphs and GraphRAG
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
