What we do​
​

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

 

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.



What you will do​

​

  • Analyze ‘As is Process’ and recommend ‘To be Process’ to meet business objective
  • Perform analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a functional standpoint.
  • Prepare functional specification based on the new requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to define and understand the requirements and then explain the system solution.
  • Work with multi-functional/technical teams to prioritize the work and then drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs and co-ordinate with teams to get development moving.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients / internal management for project tracking and updates.
  • Flexible for both domestic and international short term/long term travel.

 


What we are looking for​

​

  • Education: You should have completed MBA with Finance, from reputed College/University
  • Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
  • Effective communication and coordination skills between Client and globally located teams.
  •  
  • Knowledge in Life, P&C and Reinsurance
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend the best solutions.
  • Knowledge in Insurance Accounting
  • Know how to deal with cash-flows and discounting
  • Knowledge in SAP FI module
  • Knowledge in IFRS17 Methodology and reporting.
