Who we are

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated C/C++ Software Engineer with strong mathematical 
aptitude and a keen interestin life insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
in developing and customizing standard software solutions, with the ability to understand complex
business logic and translate it into efficient technical implementations.

The Business Unit Offshore is a special unit compared to other BU’s in msg global because we are domain 
and technology agnostic, catering to all industry and technology areas. The Offshore Unitis looking for 
colleagues who want to successfully shape our clients' future in the digital age. We provide consulting, 
development, and application maintenance services for the EMEA and NA regions in technologies like the 
Java ecosystem, C++, Mobility solution, SAP Core, Testing Services, and Agile C DevOps for various 
industries. Ourinternational team of experts is shaping the future of IT services.

What you will do
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C programming.
• Customize and enhance standard software products based on business requirements
• Analyze complex actuarial mathematical and business problems, especially in the life insurance domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, actuarial specialists and domain
experts
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in code reviews,testing, and deployment processes

What we are looking for
➢ Experience (6-11 years):
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ development
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Good understanding of software customization and product-based development
• Interest or experience in the life insurance domain is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level
• Flexible and adaptable to different technologies, tools, and programming languages based on 
evolving projects and business requirements
• Willing to travel to client locations as required for project activities, workshops, training 
sessions, technical discussions, and business collaboration
