The Business Unit Business Technology Services is a special unit compared to other BU’s in msg global because we are domain and technology agnostic, catering to all industry and technology areas. The BTS Unit is looking for colleagues who want to successfully shape our clients' future in the digital age. We provide consulting, development, and application maintenance services for the EMEA  in technologies like the Java ecosystem, ReactJS, Testing Services, and Agile & DevOps for various industries. Our international team of experts is shaping the future of IT services.

What you will do

  • Take over responsibility for the delivery of the agreed artifacts, incident, and problem management (keyword: one for all, all for one!) with your team
  • Solve (content-related) problems alone or with your team, when necessary
  • Independently decides on the breakdown of requirements into tasks and their distribution to individual members.
  • deliver a potentially deliverable product increment as early as possible and regularly present it to the Product Owner and stakeholders.
  • actively participate in the Scrum ceremonies and other workshops
  • contribute to the definition, detailing, and prioritization of the product backlog items
  • checks for each product backlog entry whether the definition of ready has been met
  • ensures the quality of the results agreed upon in the project (e.g. checks whether the definition of done is fulfilled)
  • undergo regular training to continue to meet the requirements.
  • actively participates in the continuous improvement process at team and project level

What we are looking for

•     Primary: React, JavaScript, Exposure to: TypeScript

•     Familiarity with Material-UI (MUI core, DataGrid, DatePicker, etc )

•     Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, React-Redux)

•     Form state management systems like (Form-Redux), REST architecture

•     Understanding of Git and version control systems, Eslint/Prettier

•     Understanding Microfrontends, Experience with routing, i18n libraries

    • Nice-to-Have:
      • Experience with routing, i18n libraries
      • Knowledge of CSS-in-JS solutions
      • Experience with responsive design
      • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, React Testing Library)
