What we do​​

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

 

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do​

  • Perform coding and/or configuration changes to enhance and maintain the existing Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications, including Planning, DRM, Essbase (BSO and ASO), FR Studio and HFM
  • Employs knowledge of Essbase to facilitate better deployment of Planning, application security and other interface tools
  • Designs, develops, implements, documents, and tests changes to the EPM/Hyperion platform and infrastructure
  • Participates in EPM /Hyperion systems planning, scheduling and implementation
  • Experience as senior IT developer and solution delivery manager preferably in projects involved in implementation of enterprise performance management solutions (management reporting, budgeting / forecasting, planning, analytics)
  • Engage in technical discussions
  • Develop, monitor and maintain security, management process controls, task flows, business rules, scripts, member lists, journal module, objects (Webforms, Grids, Task lists) consolidation and data clearing procedures, metadata updates
  • Translates business requirements into technology solutions
  • Proactively identifies and effectively assesses improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Hyperion Financial Report Studio and Hyperion SmartView Reporting applications

What we are looking for​

​

  • You should have 2 to 4 years of experience working as Hyperion developer
  • Takes a structured and effective approach to own work and demonstrates using Hyperion best practices
  • Able to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and service targets, exhibiting the application of available methods, procedures, tools, equipment, and standards
  • In depth knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning software related technologies and Modeling is a must
  • Experience working with office productivity tools (excel…)
  • Proficiency with relational databases and Oracle development tools
  • Knowledge on other reporting tools (SAP BO / SAC /AFO …)  would be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Financial topics like Balance sheet, Profit & Loss statement and Cashflow statement is a plus
  • Any certification on Hyperion Essbase would be good.
