Java Architect

msg global is a consulting and system integration company focusing on the insurance business. We are looking for a Java Architect who can perform software development and design in a self-driven environment on tight timelines with a high degree of focus on quality.

What you will do?

• Plan and manage technical packages within an overall project context.
• Create and support the customer in new concepts and requirements, using feasibility analysis and structured requirements engineering to create technical specifications.
• Take and embrace the responsibility for the implementation and delivery of features, by guiding and managing the team to implement and deliver the features.
• Select and set up efficient and suitable tools and processes for developing, building, deploying and maintaining the software/product.
• Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and expectations within the project as well as with the customer.
• Lead and contribute to training and enlargement of the whole team wrt technical knowledge.
• Design and evolve the system architecture within the parameters of the overall strategic approach. Plan and guide execution of development and testing environments with the goal of a CI/CD setup.
• Create a decision document for approval.
• Elaborate, present and discuss project plans including resource planning, scheduling and budget planning with stakeholders and prepare regular reports to the management.
• Enjoy working in DevOps oriented, international team and with multiple cultures.
  • Establish and maintain close liaison and good relationship with TCD on the customer side in Germany and discuss technical aspects on a detailed level
  • Establish and maintain close liaison and good relation with customer‘s local operation team in Bengaluru

What experience you should have?

• Education: You should have completed B.E., B.Tech. or MCA from reputed College/University
• Experience: ​​​10+ years of experience in software development in Java
