We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and scale an AI-powered QA automation platform that combines browser automation, API testing, visual regression, and LLM-driven root cause analysis/self-healing workflows.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain backend APIs and real-time endpoints using Fast API
  • Design and evolve PostgreSQL schemas and migration workflows
  • Implement and optimize test execution pipelines for browser/API automation
  • Develop robust frontend experiences in React + TypeScript for test authoring, execution, and reporting
  • Integrate AI features across LLM providers and agent orchestration flows
  • Improve reliability, observability, and deployment pipelines using Docker and monitoring tools
  • Write and maintain unit/integration tests and improve coverage baselines
  • Collaborate with QA, product, and platform teams to ship production-grade features

 

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in typescript and preferably React.
  • Solid backend experience with Python and Fast API
  • Working knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, experience with SQL Alchemy & Alembic will be an add on.
  • Experience designing secure, production APIs and async workflows
  • Practical Docker and containerized development experience
  • Strong testing mindset with pytest and frontend test frameworks
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices
  • Solid understanding of design patterns
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration ability

 

Nice to have

  • Hands-on browser automation experience (Playwright and/or Selenium)
  • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or agent-based architectures
  • Experience with multi-provider LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry
  • Experience with WebSocket/event-driven UX
  • Prior work on QA platforms, testing tools, or developer tools
