What will you do

 

As an SAP BTP Integration Suite specialist, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient integration solutions. Leveraging SAP’s Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), you will design and develop integrations using APIs and connectors, enabling seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.

 

You will work extensively with core SAP modules, S4HANA public and Private Cloud and SAP & Non-SAP systems integration, ensuring reliable data exchange and business process continuity. Your responsibilities will include working with technologies such as JSON, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP, as well as navigating the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape to build and maintain robust integration architectures.

 

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication will be essential to your success in delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade integration solutions.

 

What experiences you should have

 

SAP BTP Integration Suite – Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and PI/PO for both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable integration solutions using APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
  • Migrate integration landscapes from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Cloud Integration Suite with minimal downtime and risk.
  • Build and manage complex iFlows with advanced message mappings, Groovy scripts, and robust exception handling.
  • Develop and support API-based (REST/SOAP), file-based (SFTP), and event-based (AMQP/WebSocket) integrations across hybrid environments.
  • Administer SAP BTP Cockpit, including subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, destinations, OAuth2 credentials, and security artifacts.
  • Set up and maintain Cloud Connector for secure hybrid integrations with on-premises systems.
  • Enable and configure SAP Communication Arrangements for S/4HANA Public Cloud and On-Premise systems.
  • Monitor integration health and performance; apply CI/CD and DevOps practices for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and documenting integration designs and processes.
  • Leverage expertise in core SAP modules (FI, SD, MM), S/4HANA, and other BTP services to align integration with business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
