 What we do​

 

The Agribusiness and Manufacturing Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. 

Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

 

What will you do

 

  • Map the client's business processes in SAP CO to ensure that the implemented system meets the customer's needs within the client’s system landscape.

  • Define BPML for customers.

  • Demonstrate proven knowledge in the SAP Controlling (CO) module at a Senior Consultant level.

  • Work with business process owners, architects, and various stakeholders to develop the To-Be business processes for SAP CO.

  • Write functional specifications and configuration documents to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Write end-user manuals and explain the process to key stakeholders of the client.

  • Guide junior members of the team as needed.

  • Work with onshore/onsite msg counterparts to assist in the planning and execution of actual costing runs and controlling module reports from India.

  • Be part of a high-performing team and manage implementation projects by effectively communicating value propositions.

  • Learn the solutions offered by msg and help customers implement them based on the scope.

 

What are we looking for

 

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of in-depth knowledge of the SAP FICO module.

  • Strong experience in SAP CO design, configuration, and implementation, with at least 2 successful full lifecycle implementations.

  • Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases.

  • Experience in managing the configuration of SAP, including all the following: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.

  • Experience in Material Ledger with Actual Costing.

  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business needs and enhance system performance.

  • Well-versed with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA (version 1909 or above).

  • Working experience in one or more of the following industries: Food, Beverage, Agriculture, Consumer Food Products, Industrial Food Products, or Manufacturing, either as a consultant or company employee.

  • Knowledge and project experience in Financial Accounting (FI), Material Ledger (Multiple Valuation, Multiple Currencies modules) would be considered a plus.

  • Domain experience.
