What we do​

 

The SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. 

Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.  

 

What you will do​

 

  • Map clients’ business processes in SAP to ensure the implemented system aligns with their needs and system landscape.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in SAP PP modules at a consulting level.
  • Write functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to support successful project delivery.
  • Lead projects with strong client interaction, manage integrations, and oversee testing, including test case development.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, architects, and other stakeholders to develop “To-Be” business processes.
  • Acquire expert-level knowledge in SAP Dairy Management by msg and/or SAP Meat & Fish Management by msg.
  • Oversee successful migrations in materials management and production as a project owner.
  • Manage a high-performing team and ensure the successful execution of implementation projects by articulating value propositions effectively.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with SAP in industries such as food, beverage, agriculture, consumer food products, industrial food products, or manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in a similar SAP Production & Logistics Senior Consultant role with large end users or SAP partners.
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies.
  • Profound expertise in SAP PP modules, including integration with other modules like QM, SD, FI, and CO.
  • Knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO) or Execution (eWM, TM) modules (preferred).
  • Experience in at least three full end-to-end SAP implementations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively at client locations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • A good understanding of food industry business processes.
  • S/4HANA certification and experience (highly desirable).
