Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP/SAP Fioneer’s insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements In addition, we also provide consulting, implementation, and integration services for msg.life Factory (leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe) for international insurance customers. On top our team is also advanced in the newest SAP Technology in Business Technology Platform area, so we provide development services for BTP.
As one of the largest Insurance teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, SAP BTP consultants and insurance industry experts.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions) Consultant to join our SPM Practice. This role demands deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPM IM Data Integration, Reporting, and Configuration.
What you will do
- Design, configure, and optimize highly complex incentive compensation plans, including multi-tier, multi-currency, territory-based, and performance-based models, within SAP SuccessFactors SPM IM.
- Deep expertise in configuring and troubleshooting remuneration elements, rules, formulas, assignments, workflow processes, and reporting structures.
- Lead the integration of SAP SuccessFactors SPM IM with other SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, S/4HANA, Sales Cloud) and external systems using various integration technologies (e.g., APIs, CPI).
- Proficient in data modeling, data quality management, and complex data loads within the SPM IM environment.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management implementations, from pre-sales support and discovery to design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients/stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, advising on best practices, and translating complex business requirements into robust SAP SuccessFactors IM solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices, solution design, and professional development.
- Conduct peer reviews of design documents and configurations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including client business users, IT teams, and other consulting partners.
- Provide strategic guidance on incentive compensation best practices, industry trends, and the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors ICM to drive business value.
- Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of existing IM solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation, including blueprint documents, functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions for client teams to ensure self-sufficiency post-implementation.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
What we are looking for
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions). This should include leading at least 3-5 full-cycle implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or business informatics) or other equivalent experience
- Deep functional and technical expertise in all core components of SAP SuccessFactors ICM, including plan configuration, rules, quotas, territories, data loaders, workflows, and reporting.
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors ICM with other SAP solutions (e.g., EC, ERP, CRM) and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation methodologies, plan design principles, and industry best practices across various sectors (e.g., High-Tech, Pharma, Financial Services).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
