The Information Technology department supports our business users world-wide with infrastructure and network, application management, security. and service delivery. Our global team works on complex solutions with state-of-the-art cloud services to manage internal applications, secure our operating environment, achieve compliance standards, and support our colleagues worldwide in achieving our business goals and operational excellence.

 

What you will do​

Service Delivery Management:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes and procedures. Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Lead service improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Application Management:

Manage the lifecycle of applications from planning and development to deployment and maintenance. Ensure applications are properly configured, maintained, and updated to meet business requirements and security standards. Implement best practices for application monitoring, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to the service delivery, application management teams, including Local IT team members in various locations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery and application management matters. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on service performance, project status, and strategic initiatives. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, address issues, and drive decision-making.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in service delivery management and application lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Atlassian Applications (JIRA SW, Jira Service Management and Confluence).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience in IT projects.
  • ITIL certification as a plus.
