What we do

 

At msg global solutions, our Business Unit Sustainability supports organizations worldwide in turning complex data into actionable insights – enabling smarter decisions around sustainability, compliance, and performance. We specialize in SAP analytics solutions like Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), and Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) to help clients integrate financial and non-financial data for advanced reporting, planning, and modeling.
With a global and diverse team, we combine deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g. CSRD, GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy) with strong technical implementation expertise to support clients across industries—from finance and energy to manufacturing and agriculture.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Design, configure, and optimize models using SAP PaPM, SCT, and SFM to support performance analysis, financial planning, and sustainability reporting;
  • Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions that integrate both financial and non-financial (e.g., ESG) data;
  • Provide both technical and functional consulting across a variety of industries;
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects from design to go-live – ensuring high-quality standards, timely execution, and customer satisfaction;
  • Support the development of data models, integration flows, reporting structures, and system architectures aligned with SAP best practices;
  • Stay informed about emerging sustainability regulations and understand how they impact data structures and reporting needs;
  • Depending on your experience, lead workstreams or support project implementation, including documentation and testing;
  • Work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team and interact directly with client stakeholders.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Requirements

 

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Experience in client-facing environments, with good communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.

 

Nice to have

 

  • Knowledge of or interest in sustainability topics and how they intersect with data management and reporting;
  • Familiar with ESG topics, GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, or climate policies – ideally paired with some IT experience;
