We are looking for an experienced and versatile Data and Controlling Analyst to join our Global Controlling team in Belgrade. Within msg global, our team aims to provide group and local management with financial transparency by using a standardized toolset that comprises forecasting, planning, reporting, analyzing, reviewing, and steering that evolves in cycles. From country to group level, Global Controlling acts as a business partner to empower management in the strategic and operating decision-making process to grow the business.

 

 

What you will do

​

  • You'll be responsible for the monthly execution and quality assurance of the Rolling Forecast in SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management tool);
  • Analyze and resolve technical errors in the PaPM process;
  • Monthly country-level financial analysis;
  • Support the continuous improvement of our forecasting and reporting processes in collaboration with both BI (SAC) and Global Controlling.

 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, Controlling, or data modeling;
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • A solid background in SQL knowledge is essential;
  • Experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP PaPM, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a strong plus;
  • Basic understanding of financial analysis (e.g. forecasting, budgeting, KPIs);
  • Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and strong sense of ownership;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to effectively cooperate in an international team and communicate with international colleagues.
