Junior IT Support in Global Shared Services Center

What will you do?

  • Act as functional and technical first and second level support for application management of SharePoint.
  • Support application management services of Global Shared Services Center in several applications (SharePoint, Windows Active Directory, Jira Service Desk, Jira software).
  • Design and document IT processes and procedures for Global Shared Services Center.
  • Handle local purchasing tool for orders of RSA tokens and softwares.
  • Develop expertise to train staff.
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
  • Additional tasks will be assigned over time once knowledge of the company’s operations deepens.

What experiences you should have?

  • Essential qualities and skills:
    • Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science or equivalent
    • Experience: Up to 1 year of relevant IT experience
    • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
      • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
      • Basic functional and technical knowledge of SharePoint
      • Fluent in English
      • Ability to work in an international team
      • To be a proactive and positive contributor
      • Self-motivation and flexibility
      • Ability to work both independently and within a team
      • Strong organization and communication skills and a desire to keep learning
      • Analytical problem solving capabilities
      • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
  • Preferred but not essential qualities:
    • Certification in SharePoint
    • Basic knowledge in computer systems and networks
    • An eye for design; including color, branding and ability to visualize concepts.
