Office Assistant

What you will do
- Maintain office supplies including stationery and equipment
- Process purchase orders
- Ensure efficient office operation by well-organizing office space layout
- Propose and execute creative and innovative ideas on how to improve the quality of everyday office life
- Communicate with suppliers and publishers
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Assist in preparation and organization of various events
- Support to the F&A department by managing documentation
- Support the organization of business trips (air ticket, accommodation, etc.) when needed
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office/administrative management, or a related area
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Responsible and Deadline-Oriented
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel when required (0-25%)
- Ability to work in an international environment
