What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

Participate in the delivery of complex SAP projects for finance clients, with a main focus on the insurance industry
Organize, support, or lead external and internal workshops
Translate business requirements into functional designs
Prepare test cases and communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
Configure SAP FPSL or similar solutions and accelerators
Perform system testing to ensure performance stability and quality
Support the transition from the test phase to production
Create and maintain project documentation and client reports

What we are looking for

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
3+ years of work experience in the finance industry, preferably within insurance companies
Knowledge of insurance products, accounting processes, and standards
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Flexible team player with a client-oriented approach
Ability to travel up to 25%
Strong analytical and presentation skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of IFRS 17
Relevant accounting certification
Hands-on experience with SAP software solutions and HANA database
