What we do

The Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services for international insurance companies, supporting both end-to-end transformations and modular core solutions. Our services cover system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP-based applications such as Policy Management, Claims Management, Product and Quotation Management, Incentives and Commission Management, Collections and Disbursements, and msg Product Manager.

We also support msg.life Factory, a leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe. Additionally, our team offers development services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

As one of the largest insurance-focused teams globally, we bring together SAP developers, S4i consultants, integration experts, BTP specialists, and insurance professionals.

About the Role

We are looking for a (Senior) SAP FS-ICM Consultant with strong hands-on testing experience who is ready to grow into a more functional, business-facing role. You will support the implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancement of our SAP ICM solutions for financial services clients (insurance, banking).

What you will do

Participate in the implementation of SAP FS-ICM
Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs
Engage in different phases of the implementation of SAP for Insurance for our clients
Work with an international project team and client stakeholders to create solutions meeting clients' needs
Configure SAP FS-ICM master data, commission rules, portfolios, and settlement processes
Customize the system based on specific client requirements
Plan and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing
Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable system performance
Analyze functional and technical requirements
Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions

What we are looking for

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3–7+ years of hands-on testing experience in the finance domain, with familiarity working on financial systems and data
Ability to design, execute, and validate test scenarios confidently, ensuring financial processes and calculations function accurately and reliably
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, along with strong client relationship skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong analytical mindset, structured, and problem-solving skills
Rapid understanding and team-oriented
Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluent in English (oral and in writing)

Experience with SAP implementations
