What we do
The Core Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on end-to-end as well as modular core operational solutions and digital transformation for international insurance companies. Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP/SAP Fioneer’s core insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements In addition, we also provide consulting, implementation, and integration services for msg.life Factory (leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe) for international insurance customers. On top our team is also advanced in the newest SAP Technology in Business Technology Platform area, so we provide development services for BTP.
As one of the largest Core Insurance teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, SAP BTP consultants and insurance industry experts.
What you will do
- Participate in delivering complex projects to clients
- Engage in different phases of the implementation of FS-CM (Financial Services – Claims Management)
- Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create solutions meeting clients' needs
- Analyze technical integration requirements
- Testing and documentation of the implemented requirements
- Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs
- Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions
- Organize and lead external or internal workshop
What we are looking for
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of SAP consulting, testing and implementation experience on core isurance modules like FS-CM
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or business informatics) or other equivalent experience
- Implementation of customer requirements independent from their team lead
- Knowledge in SAP ABAP
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with strong client relationship skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills
- Rapid understanding and team oriented
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Nice to have
- Insurance industry experience
- Cross functional expertise with regards to integration with other SAP core modules like FS-PM or FS-ICM
- Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
