The SAP Agribusiness and Manufacturing Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. 
 
  

What you will do 

  

  • Lead the team of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) consultants and coordinate activities throughout the entire implementation project 

  • Analyze and optimize maintenance processes for complex equipment and plants according to industry standards 

  • Configurate and customize SAP PM module for planning, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 

  • Prepare functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery 

  • Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as PP, QM, and MM for full maintenance, resource and cost control 

  • Play a leading role in testing, validation and implementation in the maintenance segment 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry norms in maintenance area 

  • Prepare reports and analyses to monitor maintenance effectiveness and plan further improvements 

  • Train and mentor team members and key users  

  • Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes

  

 What we are looking for 

 

  • Minimum 5 (five) years of experience working with SAP PM module, ideally within manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure industries 

  • Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Team Lead on complex ERP implementation projects 

  • Deep understanding of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance processes 

  • SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience 

  • An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies 

  • Demonstrated experience configuring SAP PM module and integrating it with production, quality and procurement 

  • Experience on end-to-end SAP Implementations 

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills for leading interdisciplinary teams 

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory maintenance requirements 

  • Experience preparing and leading testing and user training 

  • Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English language, both internal and external  

  • Ability to travel up to 50% 

 

Nice to have 

 

  • Knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO,PP/DS) or Execution (EWM, TM) modules would be considered a plus 

  • S/4HANA certification and/or experience highly favorable 

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans 

  • Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations
