The SAP Agribusiness and Manufacturing Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. 
 
  

What you will do 

 

  • Lead the team of SAP PP/PS (Production Planning/Project System) consultants and coordinate activities throughout the entire implementation project
  • Analyze and optimize processes for planning and realization of production orders, tracking work confirmation and material consumption according to industry standards/ module for production tracking, and  resource management within industrial and infrastructure projects
  • Configurate and customize the project elements and optionally networks/activities that represent phases and tasks, including those related to production
  • Link the production orders with account assigned WBS elements 
  • Integrate SAP PP/PS with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, and SD 
  • Play a leading role in testing, validation and implementation in the production segment
  • Train and mentor team members and key users 
  • Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes 

 

  

 What we are looking for 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience working with SAP PP/PS module, ideally within manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure industries
  • Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Team Lead on complex ERP implementation projects
  • Deep understanding of MRP live, demand management, shop floor control, and capacity leveling (SAP PP specialist)
  • Expertise in WBS elements, network activities, costing and progress tracking (SAP PS specialist)
  • SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience
  • An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience configuring SAP PP/PS module and relevant integration
  • Experience on end-to-end SAP Implementations
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for leading interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory maintenance requirements
  • Experience preparing and leading testing and user training
  • Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English language, both internal and external  
  • Ability to travel up to 50% 

 

Nice to have 

 

  • S/4HANA certification and/or experience highly favorable
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans
  • Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations
