What you will do

Work on engaging Exstream projects for international clients across diverse industries
Design, develop, and maintain Exstream applications, including enhancements to existing solutions
Collaborate closely with and share knowledge within the internal Exstream team to drive best practices and continuous improvement
Work in a hybrid work model based in Belgrade on client projects, with occasional travel to client locations for planning and alignment activities
Partner with client-side Exstream developers, business analysts, and consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or business informatics) or other equivalent experience
At least 6 years of experience in OpenText Exstream
Good analytics and programming skills
Strong experience with customer communication management platform tools like Control Center, Communication server, Communication builder, WorkShop
Strong knowledge in Exstream workflow and processes
Strong knowledge on XML, Xpath, XSL transformation, template engine
Strong knowledge on Exstream scripting (StreamServe script language)
Implement Exstream development best practices, including templating, scripting, and configuration
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exstream development and deployment
Strategic thinker capable of aligning solutions with business needs
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements
