The Global Marketing team supports our worldwide organization in the areas of corporate design, product marketing, social media, content management, and employer branding. We’re a diverse group of experienced professionals with a shared passion for promoting our brand and communicating our product and service offerings effectively.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies that boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You should bring a mix of storytelling, creative thinking, and analytical skills, along with a solid understanding of current trends. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging on all platforms.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Social Media Strategy & Management

 

  • Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Develop strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and engage with audiences professionally.

 

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

 

  • Create compelling content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and best practices
  • Translate technical topics into visually engaging PowerPoint presentations

 

Campaign Support & Performance

 

  • Contribute to global and regional campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives (e.g., events, webinars)
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and offer data-driven recommendations

 

General Marketing Support

 

  • Assist in cross-team projects and contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives

 

Bonus: Video Content

 

  • If you have video editing skills, that’s a big plus—short clips, interviews, and employer branding content are highly valued

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Must-Haves

 

  • 4+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in B2B or consulting/IT services
  • Strong multimedia content creation and copywriting skills
  • Deep understanding of social algorithms, SEO for social, and platform trends
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
  • Organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

 

Nice to Haves

 

  • Experience with video editing (Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, CMS tools, HTML/CSS, or HubSpot-LinkedIn integrations
  • Prior experience in a global or industry-related environment
