We’re looking for ambitious 4th-year students and recent graduates who want to work on real projects, learn from industry experts, and build a career that matters. We’re hiring interns for three exciting business units:

 

Analytics

Help our clients unlock the power of their data. Whether you're into data science, reporting, or BI tools, you’ll work on real-world use cases and develop solutions that drive smart decision-making.

Great for: curious analysts, data wranglers.

 

Reinsurance

Collaborate with global clients in the reinsurance industry to analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and support system implementation. You'll gain hands-on experience in translating complex challenges into smart, functional solutions.

Great for: business-minded students, finance geeks, and analytical thinkers.

 

Sustainability

Join us in driving positive change. Explore the intersection of technology, ESG regulations, and business strategy. Your work will help companies ensure compliance, and drive smarter decisions.

What you need to get started

 

  • You're in your final year of studies or recently graduated (Bachelor/Master) in Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a similar field;
  • You have a basic understanding of financial or controlling processes – like budgeting, cost tracking, profitability, or tax calculations
  • You’ve worked with SQL or similar tools, or you're eager to learn more;
  • You're comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create clear, structured presentations;
  • You speak English fluently, and you’re confident in both written and verbal communication;
  • You’re a team player with a curious, analytical mindset, ready to dive into problem-solving;
  • You can present your ideas clearly – whether it’s in a team discussion or in front of a client.
