Are you ready to dive into the world of IT consulting and business innovation? msg global’s Top Talent Program is back. Our paid, 3-month, onsite internship program is set to start on the 15th of October!

We’re looking for ambitious 4th-year students and recent graduates who want to work on real projects, learn from industry experts, and build a career that matters. We’re hiring interns for two exciting business units:

Insurance

Join us in modernizing insurance systems with SAP for Insurance. You’ll get hands-on experience with policies, claims, underwriting, and analyzing data, while learning the basics of insurance processes. You’ll also have the chance to explore SAP programming (ABAP) and see how technology makes insurance smarter and faster.

Finance

Help companies make accounting and reporting faster and easier with SAP. You’ll get hands-on experience with financial data, learn how to automate routine tasks, and support teams in closing their books more efficiently. Your work will help different teams like finance, operations, and actuarial work together smoothly.

What you need to get started

You're in your final year of studies or recently graduated (Bachelor/Master) in Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field;
You have a basic understanding of finance or controlling – things like budgeting, cost tracking, profitability, tax or accounting;
You’re willing to learn about insurance and finance processes and gain industry knowledge;
You speak English fluently, and feel comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversations;
You’re a team player with a curious, analytical mindset, and enjoy solving problems;
You can present your ideas clearly – whether in a team meeting or to a client;
You’re open to learning about SAP’s programming language ABAP;
Depending on the business unit you join:
- Insurance BU (Technical profiles): Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and an interest in SAP ABAP;
- Finance BU (Functional/Technical profiles): Interest in financial processes and how IT solutions support them; basic understanding of SQL or similar is a plus.
