What we do​
​

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

 

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.


What you will do​

​

  • Responsible for technical design, coding, unit testing, technical documentation, and walkthroughs for all assigned SAP related projects to support company business and operational needs
  • Ensures software development follows the defined programming standards and follows the code /design review processes
  • To do software design, development, and package implementation using SAP ABAP
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

 

What we are looking for​

 

Requirements​

  • You should have at least a minimum 3 years of experience in ABAP development and/or basic functional and configuration in SAP FI and or FS CD
  • OO ABAP – a strong conceptual knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in BDT (Business Data Toolset) and BRF (Business Rules framework)
  • Expertise in creating ABAP Data dictionary Objects
  • Development experience in BAPI
  • Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms, and Workflow)
  • Strong knowledge on accounting process and accounting terminologies
  • Higher relevant education degree (Economics, Information Technology or equivalent)
  • Hands-on in Enhancements (BADI and Exit)
  • Hands-on in SAP Conversion programs like BDCs, LSMW, etc.
  • Hands-on in Scripts, Smart forms, and Adobe forms
  • Hands-on in User exits, customer exits, and search exits
  • Knowledge in Module pool programming
  • Ability to do provide performance analysis and prerequisites
  • Ability to understand the functional requirements directly from Users/Clients and translate them to technical specifications
  • Higher relevant education degree (Economics, Information Technology or equivalent)
  • Flexible for both domestic and international short term / long term travel

Nice to have​

  • Experience in SAP for Insurance and Reinsurance modules like FS Policy Management, FS Claims Management, FS Commissions Management, FS Collections and Disbursement, and FS Reinsurance is a significant plus.
  • SAP Certification is an added advantage
