What we do

The Executive Assistant team is dedicated to empowering the msg global Board. We collaborate on international projects and support daily operational business and overall strategic planning. The team focuses on information research, preparing in-depth decision models and regular reporting material, event organization, and cross-channel communication. We act as a point of contact between managers, employees, customers, and external partners. Together we enable the leadership to perform effectively and efficiently.

 

What you will do

​The Executive Assistant (m/f/d) is part of the global operations team and will work closely together with peers across various entities. The role will have an important impact on the collaboration with the Executive Board and get insights into a globally operating company.

 

  • Collaboration & proactive support of the Executive Board in the day-to-day business as well as in strategic matters
  • Preparation of analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to Management and Supervisory Board decision
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements and ensure arrangements e.g. meeting facilitation in place for CEO and COO
  • Cover ad hoc tasks and requests assigned to the Executive Assistant team
  • Support the Board Management in internal and external communication (e.g. presentations, townhall meetings, etc.)
  • Steering of individual global projects on need basis e.g. events
  • Handling all oral and written correspondence in German and English

 

What we are looking for

Requirements​

  • Academic Degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification
  • Proven work experience in an executive assistant role, preferably with international exposure and confident in dealing with management at all hierarchical levels as well as with external customers
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle confidential information with care
  • Proactive and team work approach with high service orientation
  • Strong communication, problem solving and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office 365, such as Outlook and MS Teams
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
