What we do

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.


Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.


What you will do

  • Create and manage a high-performing global team for FPSL Banking projects and drive their personal development
  • Align on hiring strategy with the relevant country managers and the BU lead
  • Work with the country managers on recruiting new resources
  • lead a team of highly motivated consultants and guide them in their career development
  • Manage Presales activities for FPSL Banking
  • Provide Program Management of FPSL Banking / IFRS9 projects
  • Create and maintain knowledge and consulting solutions for FPSL Banking
  • Own, develop and grow customer relationship
  • play a key role supporting software & service sales for potential customers
  • Contribute to and participate in the msg global’s Communities of Practice


What we are looking for

  • Committed to exceptional customer service, ethics and integrity in all actions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10 + years of experience in Accounting, Controlling or consulting in banking area
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in SAP FPSL or Bank Analyzer
  • 10+ years of Leadership role in multiple implementation projects
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, other European languages a plus (German, Italian, French etc.)
