International Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)


Ismaning, DE

What will you do?

  • Preparation and control of monthly payroll for employees from different EU entities 
  • Maintenance and calculation of the variable salary component of employees (incentive-based payments)
  • Coordination of all payroll-related topics with the external payroll office
  • Contact person for employees and corresponding authorities related to all inquiries from internal and external customers regarding payroll, social insurance institutions, authorities related to income tax and social security law for different EU countries
  • Management of personnel files and company pensions
  • Master data maintenance from employee data and time-recording system
  • Preparation of annual financial statements 
  • Assist the HR Team in personnel administration, follow-up of global HR policies and preparation of HR Documents 
  • Collect information and prepare reports in line with global and local HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly accruals
  • Preparation of internal and external audits

What experiences you should have?

  • Relevant experience in a similar position / IT industry; Ideally 2-3 years of experience

  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, and knowledge of local Social Security, taxes and employment legislation

  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (Success Factors, Projektron) and databases

  • Good command of English & German, both written and verbal is a must

  • Energetic, self-starter, initiative and service oriented personality

  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
