What we do

The Finance and Accounting team is a business partner for internal and external stakeholders such as management, auditors, and banks. The team works with colleagues across the globe and provides exposure to interesting topics and projects related to our responsibilities. We cover all accounting related key areas such as preparation of yearly financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, tax, and invoicing to name a few. In close collaboration with our controlling department, we provide a strong foundation for finance excellence. Our team consists of a range of professionals, junior and senior, which contribute to everyday operational success. The Finance and Accounting department is an essential pillar of the company; therefore, its members represent a valuable and respectable team that always strives for excellence.

 

 

What you will do

We are looking for a Travel Management Expert (m/f/d) to join our Finance and Accounting Team in Germany in ensuring smooth and efficient management of travel expenses. The future job holder will be the main contact person for travel expense accounting and the key user for SAP Concur.

The scope of tasks may include but is not limited to the following activities:

  • Managing international travel expense report processes in accordance with internal and tax regulations (travel policies, Intranet)
  • Main contact person for all questions relating to travel expenses within msg global
  • Processing and contact person for all aspects of business travel insurances
  • Support of SAP Concur implementations in collaboration with external provider
  • Support for other accounting activities such as cross-company coordination and accounts receivable and accounts payable postings
  • Responsible for AirPlus Creditcards

 

 

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Academic Degree in business administration, economics or equivalent qualification
  • Proven success working in the Finance department with focus in travel management
  • Current knowledge of travel expenses is required, and knowledge of accounting is a big plus
  • Proactive and teamwork approach with high service orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
