What we do

 

The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.

 

Our consultants work on complex, international business situations, discuss and influence business decisions, and interact with clients to understand the operational process and functional requirements. What you will do

  • Learn and understand Basic and Advance Concepts and Business Processes of Insurance and Reinsurance
  • Learn SAP Reinsurance (FS-RI) Administration, Configuration and Development
  • Learn about various implementation approach and how to collect and define product and project requirements
  • Learn basic functional knowledge on the different SAP modules which may interact with FSRI
  • Under direct supervision, contribute to successful completion of work activities for internal/external customers
  • Assist and shadow senior SAP FSRI members of the team in project implementation and support life cycle
  • Shadow senior SAP FSRI members on business technical queries and in doing impact analysis
  • Discuss technical matters with senior SAP FSRI members of the team to clarify technical difficulties encountered
  • Contributes as a team member to analyze the customer’s needs and performs a comprehensive review of their existing and future business requirements
  • Develop skills around how to analyze, design, schedule and deliver solutions to meet client expectations

 

What we are looking for​

Requirements

  • Higher relevant education degree (Information Technology or equivalent)
  • Willing to be trained in SAP ABAP development. and other technologies
  • Knowledge in Module pool programming and other programming languages
  • Ability to understand the functional requirements directly from Users/Clients and translate them to technical specifications
  • Flexible for both domestic and international short term / long term travel
  • Fluent in English
