What we do​

 

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

 

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do​

​

  • Support the customer and maintain the customer’s FPSL System.
  • Incident management – Be able to troubleshoot issues related to FPSL configuration, master data, error correction and job monitoring.
  • Problem management – Be able to document recurring problems and their appropriate solutions.
  • Change management – Be able to get the customer’s requirement and translating them by customizing FPSL components and deliver them within the agreed timeline.
  • Test management – Be able to conduct system testing to ensure quality standards are met and best practices are adhered to.
  • Knowledge management – Guides customer in system customization and other scoping related activities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication among msg Global affiliates and customers.
  • Flexibility of support schedule based on customer requirements such as 8x5 or 24/7.


What we are looking for​

Requirements​

  • Knowledge in solution design, configuration of FPSL system
  • Knowledgeable with the three measurement types (PAA, GMM and VFA) including uploading of data
  • Knowledgeable with DLL or ETL data intake
  • Knowledgeable in insurance and accounting
  • Experience in error handling via logs and debugging
  • Basic understanding of FPSL data model
