What we do​

 

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.
 
Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do​

​

  • Support the customer and maintain the customer’s FPSL System
  • Incident management – Be able to troubleshoot issues related to FPSL configuration, master data, error correction and job monitoring.
  • Problem management – Be able to document recurring problems and their appropriate solutions.
  • Change management – Be able to create client’s customized reports, data integration, DLL, custom programs, standard enhancements, SPAU activities, migration, system upgrades and refresh activities.
  • Test management – Be able to conduct system testing to ensure quality standards are met and best practices are adhered to.  
  • Effective written and verbal communication among msg Global affiliates and customers
  • Flexibility of support schedule based on customer requirements such as 8x5 or 24/7.


What we are looking for​

Requirements​

  • Knowledge in solution design, configuration of FPSL system.
  • Knowledgeable with the three measurement types (PAA, GMM and VFA) including uploading of data.
  • Knowledgeable with DLL or ETL data intake.
  • Knowledgeable in insurance and accounting.
  • Experience in error handling via logs and debugging.
  • Basic understanding of FPSL data model
