What we do

The Information Technology department supports our business users world-wide with infrastructure and network, application management, security. and service delivery. Our global team works on complex solutions with state-of-the-art cloud services to manage internal applications, secure our operating environment, achieve compliance standards, and support our colleagues worldwide in achieving our business goals and operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Understanding and ability to install and configure Windows Based Systems
  • Computer problems diagnostic and repair
  • LAN/WiFi and WAN network issues support and structural cabling in the office
  • Fundamental Networking Knowledge Windows/Internet Based applications
  • Basic network administration and configuration (WiFi configuration, switching, and routing)
  • Ability to support users with general questions and technical support for a variety of problems internet and software related
  • Physical security
  • IT On-boarding for new employees
  • Works as 1st and 2nd level support for users
  • Willingness to take direction from and work with other team members
  • Good communication skills with our customer base
  • Procurement and organization of equipment, distribution and asset management, communication with vendors
  • System administration of our services
  • Participation in global IT project based on requirement


What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Technical University
  • Knowledge of Windows OS / Up to Windows 10
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite including troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS / Up to Server 2016
  • Basic core networking skills
  • MCP/MCSA/MCTS Certification is a plus
  • Analytical and precise
