The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

 


What you will do

 

Role Overview

 

Provides support for the administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA platforms across on-premise, RISE, hyperscaler (AWS/Azure etc) and hybrid environments.

Works under senior guidance to help ensure system availability, performance, and security, while supporting integrations with SAP BTP and related cloud services.

  • Support management of SAP S/4HANA landscapes (non-production and production) across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Assist in system upgrades, conversions, and migrations to cloud or hybrid platforms
  • Perform SAP HANA administration tasks (installations, monitoring, backup/recovery, basic performance tuning)
  • Support SAP security activities (SSO, SNC, SSL certificates, and user access)
  • Assist in SAP BTP integrations (Cloud Connector setup, hybrid connectivity)
  • Monitor systems using SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager and other tools
  • Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis with senior team members
  • Support HA/DR setup and validation activities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations (RFC, HTTP/S, SAP Router, APIs)
  • Document activities, procedures, and configurations

 

 

What we are looking for

 

  • 5+ years of SAP Basis experience with exposure to S/4HANA and SAP HANA
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, migrations, or lifecycle activities
  • Working knowledge of SAP HANA (backup/recovery, monitoring, basic tuning)
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or SAP RISE
  • Basic experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Connector, user management, connectivity)
  • Understanding of SAP security concepts (SSO, roles, certificates, SNC)
  • Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
  • Familiarity with system integrations and networking basics

 

Nice to have

 

  • Exposure to HANA HA/DR (System Replication)
  • Awareness of security concepts across HANA, BTP, and Fiori
  • Basic experience in SAP authorization concepts
  • Exposure to automation, scripting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to work independently with guidance when needed
  • Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced responsibilities
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach
