What we do​

 

The Analytics Business Unit provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM, Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and others. We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, financial planning/budgeting, intercompany transfer pricing, product/service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds/liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. We help our clients in many industries across the globe become more profitable and sustainable, increase operational transparency and control, and create a better basis for decision-making. What you will do 

·       Receive AMS tickets from Stage 1 Helpdesk for processing

·       Resolve client issues based on PaPM troubleshooting knowledge

·       Replicate system bugs in internal sandbox

·       Document and articulate cause/effect of discovered bugs based on insightful testing

·       Gauge escalation appropriateness to Stage 3 and provide complete testing results

·       Available to work one of the assigned shifts to provide 24-hour support

·       Analyze client business processes and build models in cost accounting, risk modulation, or sustainability across all industries

·       Provide expertise in SAP PaPM to clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.)

·       Implement customer specific profitability solutions based on modern technology platforms while working independently

·       Support engagements and deliver high quality services on time and budget

·       Manage productive client relationships

·       Support presales demos, including RFP’s and client demonstrations

·       Continuing education in our SAP Software Solutions and knowledge transfer along the international Finance, Risk & Performance Management Community

·       Present our product to potential new customers

·       Work effectively with Customers and msg global solutions affiliates' staff located worldwide
