What we do​
​

The Analytics Business Unit provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM), Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and others. We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, financial planning/budgeting, intercompany transfer pricing, product/service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds/liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability.

What you will do​

​

  • Participate in the implementation of SAP Analytics solutions for clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.).
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of consultants in a project-based environment.
  • Develop effective communication skills for interacting with clients and project or team leads.
  • Develop Functional and Technical skills to gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions.
  • Join one of the most dynamic, fastest growing IT services firms worldwide while developing cutting edge skillsets.

 

What we are looking for​

Requirements​

  • University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, controlling, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
  • Understanding of corporate finance processes, like accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, cost allocations, profitability or tax calculations
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment
  • Reside in Mexico City or the State of Mexico
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities
  • Team player
  • Motivated to work in a hands-on environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Availability to travel 80%
  • Availability to take 3 months on-site training.
  • The passion and drive to be part of a continuously growing business are essential
  • Demonstrate aptitude for learning, especially related to business/functional knowledge
  • Motivation and ability to independently research and develop knowledge and skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

 

Nice to have​

  • Participation in implementations of analytical projects or reporting solutions in the consulting or as a basic business user
  • MS Excel advanced skills, including spreadsheet modeling and/or VBA
  • Technical knowledge in SAP, preferably HANA, SQL and BW modelling
