What we do

The SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA.

Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.



What you will do

  • Responsible for becoming a subject matter expert for SAP Dairy Management, and SAP Meat and Fish Management applications.
  • Support SAP Food Management additional presales efforts as assigned.
  • Create integrated project plans associated with deploying new SAP systems.
  • Formulate recovery plans or assessing impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate.
  • Record and monitor project actual costs vs. project budget
  • Formulate corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members.
  • Understand how project decisions impact key business metrics and the enterprise strategy.
  • Build consensus among team relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
  • Provide clear and reliable communications to internal teams, project stakeholders, external vendors, and customers. Escalates issues and risks when appropriate.

 


What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of SAP project management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise of SAP project methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemical, or pharmaceuticals
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Professional consulting skills with ability to create solutions that consider business objectives and requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Visa sponsorship will be processed for the right candidate.
