What we do​

 

The Business Unit Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM and Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC). We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, intercompany transfer pricing, product and service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds and liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. We help our clients in many industries across the globe become more profitable and sustainable, increase operational transparency and control, and create a better basis for decision-making. What you will do

​

  • Provide expertise in SAP PaPM to clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.)
  • Support engagements and deliver high quality services on time and on budget
  • Support presales demos, including RFP’s and client demonstrations
  • Manage productive client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with a team of consultants
  • Communicate effectively with client and msg global management
  • Hands on ability to create and maintain PaPM models and environments (after training)
  • Responsible for achieving key business outcomes while adhering to project goals and deadlines
  • Look for opportunities and engage in up-selling or cross-selling to existing customers.


What we are looking for​

Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive, relevant consulting experience or extensive corporate experience.
  • Experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations, preferably with PaPM, SAP HANA Developer / Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or BPC.
  • Planning, allocations, and/or consolidation technical solution experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing and understanding data model solutions preferred.
  • Technical and functional expertise in SAP applications / modules, preferably in SAP PaPM, SAC, BW, HANA, BPC, PCM, COPA or S/4.
  • Strong understanding of financial budgeting and planning business processes.
  • Good understanding of allocation and profitability.
  • Proven track record in SAP delivery.
  • Technical expertise in SAP, preferably knowledge of HANA, SQL and BW modelling.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with the passion and drive to be part of a continuously growing business.
  • A conceptual thinker with the professional consulting skills to create compelling solutions, taking into account business objectives as well as appropriate regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen combined with the professional consulting skills necessary to create solutions that take into account business objectives and financial requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, adjust direction and priorities within fast paced and multi-faceted work environment through strong organization, time, detail and process management orientation.
  • Capability to work well under pressure, in particular under cost and time constraints.
  • Dedication to exceptional work quality and demonstrated ethics and integrity in all actions.
  • The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate and achieve results is critical.

 

 

Nice to have​

  • Experience in financial services and/or insurance industry preferred but not required.
