What we do

 

The SAP for Insurance (S4i) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on end-to-end operational solutions and digital transformation for international insurance companies. Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP’s core insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements.

 

Our functional and technical SAP insurance solution team covers all areas of insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, commissions, finance, accounting, and reporting. As one of the largest S4i teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, and insurance industry experts.

 

What you will do

  • guide our customers in their transformation journey
  • connect and translate the wishes and demands into the best possible solution and support the implementation of SAP FS-CD
  • collaborate with the Operations teams and Accounting departments
  • deliver the highest possible quality within the boundaries of complex IT projects in the insurance industry

 

What we are looking for

Requirements​

  • Knowledge of the ERP solutions such as S4/HANA Finance, SAP FS-CD, SAP FI-CA, SAP FI-CO, FI-AM, FI-GL, FI-AR. FI-AP
  • Higher relevant education degree (Economics, Information Technology or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of insurance, finance, and accounting processes
  • Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter 
  • Willingness to travel (mostly Europe, but other parts of the world are possible)
  • Excellent command of the English language

 

Nice to have​

  • SAP Working Experience of 1+ years in the area of FS-CD, FI-CA, or similar solution (IS-T, IS-U, IS-M, IS-PS-CA (PSCD)
  • Consulting experience in SAP or other ERP implementations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications 
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Familiar with SCRUM, PRINCE 2, or ASAP project methodologies
  • Knowledge of other global languages is a great benefit
