What you will do

  • Design, analyze and manage datasets to deliver meaningful insights to help companies of all sizes and across multiple industries address and business challenges.
  • Create, Manage, and utilize structured and unstructured data stores.
  • Perform current state assessment of client analytics and data management capabilities.
  • Leverage visualization tools to enable actionable decision making.
  • Develop system requirements, design, prototype, test, train, define and implement support procedures.
  • Mapping data flows and identifying optimal design and governance options as well as potential data quality risks.


What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Experience in the use of analysis, visualization, data extraction and data modeling technologies.
  • Prior working experience managing data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, transformation, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics.
  • Fluent in English
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in at least one of the following courses: Technology (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems) or Business (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics) or Math/Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer., Math, Statistics, Actuarial).

 

Nice to have

  • University degree in with focus on climate change, environmental science and management, environmental economics, climate and energy policy, or a related field
  • Knowledgeable of database coding development and analysis, especially SQL.
  • Experience in building cost and profitability models and using purpose-built solutions.
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis including budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with reporting Tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO, SAP BW, SAP Analysis for Office, PowerBi, Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Reporting Services).
  • Experience with Big Data Hyperscalers & Tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Impala, Mahout).
