What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.


What you will do​

  • Collaborate with IT staff and business users to ensure proper integration of accounting processes.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans for accounting scenarios, identifying and reporting any anomalies or errors.
  • Conduct usability tests, ensuring that workflows and accounting features are aligned with customer needs.
  • Actively participate in problem resolution, providing technical support to business users and collaborating in identifying effective solutions.
  • Document test results, create reports, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to users of accounting and finance staff, assisting in the efficient and effective use of the SAP system.
  • Keep up to date with SAP system updates and improvements, suggesting improvements and contributing to the continuous optimization of accounting processes.


What we are looking for​

Requirements

 

  • Academic background in Accounting, Administration, Information Systems or related field.
  • Solid experience with the SAP system, especially in the accounting modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
    Proven software testing skills, including writing test cases and running tests.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Previous experience as a Key User or in similar roles is an advantage.
  • Spanish: Advanced
