IT Support Analyst

msg global is a consulting and system integration company. We are looking for a IT Support Analyst who wants to join our fast-growing team stretching every day for the New Normal by delivering high-quality services with purpose and team spirit.

 

What you will do?


•    Provide L1 / L2 technical support and general troubleshooting for internal users; request and follow up until conclusion L3 support tickets from external providers.
•    Interact with end users and guide them on queries and issues related to hardware and software.
•    Technical Support maintaining high availability and high performance of msg platforms and, when required, user training and guidance. 
•    Enrollment and onboarding of new PC/Windows and Android/iOS devices.
•    Monitoring internet links and equipment in the technical room, ensuring network and internet availability.
•    Contact and work with internet and telephone (SIP) providers, as well with hardware and software suppliers.
•    Deployment of applications, service patches and upgrades.
•    Configure, install, and maintain PC/Windows systems, their peripherals and mobile devices, as TV Monitors and meeting rooms equipment.
•    Work with other Global IT departments to ensure proper support of users.
•    Manage BR unit using corporate IT management platform.
•    Help users configure Microsoft office package, Office 365 applications and Outlook.
•    Control support requests and ticket queue.
•    Help with the creation, revision and update of technical processes in accordance with global IT standards.
•    Periodically run verification checks and basic maintenance on servers, routers, switches, no-breaks, according to internal company standards and policies.

 

What experiences are we looking for?

 

•    3 to 5 years of relevant job experience    
•    Soon to be graduated or recently graduated (within 5 years) in science, computer science, engineering, or business management
•    Experience with user support, SIP telephony (3CX)
•    General PC/Windows administrative skills
•    General knowledge of Microsoft office package, Office 365 applications and Outlook
•    Traditional IT skills (network concepts, storage concepts, backup/recovery, etc.)
•    Experience in Customer Service or Commercial Area (L2 service level / back office).

Will be considered an advantage:

 

•    ITIL Certification is a plus
•    Availability to travel
•    Experience with IT infrastructure, networks and servers – Windows servers
•    Good knowledge of backup, AD, DC, DNS, DHCP and firewalls
•    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office – Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, queries, database), PowerPoint and Word to create documents and presentations
