What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

  • Utilize the SAP software platform
  • Provide analysis and technical expertise
  • Program with ABAP (OO) and Javascript
  • Analyze requirements and organize in programming sequence
  • Prepare workflow charts and diagram
  • Prepare project documents for client
  • Perform system testing to ensure performance quality and maintenance
  • Work effectively with msg staff located worldwide

What we are looking for



  • Prior work experience in SAP implementation projects
  • OO ABAP – a strong conceptual knowledge
  • Expertise in creating ABAP Data dictionary Objects
  • Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancement and hands-on in one or more following areas:
    • Hands-on in Enhancements (BADI and Exit)
    • Hands-on in BAPI development
    • Hands-on in SAP Conversion programs like BDCs, LSMW, etc…
    • Hands-on in User exits, customer exits, and search exits
  • Languages: English (advanced)
  • Undergraduate or bachelor in at least one of the following courses: Math/Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer., Math, Statistics, Actuarial) or Technology (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems).


Nice to have

  • SAP and/or SAP S/4 HANA Certifications
  • Experience in Workflows and Forms
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform)
  • Experience in Fiori Development
  • Experience in CDS views and reporting
  • Travel availability
