The SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA.

What you will do

 

  • You will coordinate the creation, management, and maintenance of all steps in the system data migration process for SAP implementations, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation and maintenance. The role will drive the process directly with the key users and is expected to have knowledge of SAP MDG.
  • Refine and implement a strong data migration strategy.
  • Advise on data assessment processes and procedures.
  • Be accountable for ETL design.
  • Manage and coordinate data loads.
  • Develop load programs using custom ABAP programs or various SAP tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, ALE, etc.
  • Manual transformation of data from legacy system to SAP loadable values.
  • Manual load of data from legacy system into SAP system.
  • Execution of automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools.
  • Working with functional consultants to verify data and troubleshoot/correct errors.
  • Accountable for all the data loads into SAP system.
  • Run validation process pre-load and post-load with the key-users.


What we are looking for​

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, business computer or related fields.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, specifically in SAP data migration activities.
  • Must be available to work on-site in São Paulo city for 2-3 days per week.
  • Experience with SAP-MDG
  • and SAP migration tools such as LSMW and Load Programs is required.
  • Experience with logistics, material master, procurement data, sales master data, and business partner data.
  • Need to have extensively used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office products for data analysis, project schedules, business process modeling, requirement/issues documentation, and customer training.
  • Experienced in preparing migration plans and cut-over plans.
  • Proficient in the English language.

Nice to have

  • Experience on Agro Supply Chain process.
  • Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including an in-depth understanding of SAP Integration and Activate methodology.
  • Experience with Hana Cloud Platform
  • Proficiency with Spanish language
